problem可数吗

当problem表示具体的问题的时候就是可数名词，如果不是特指就是不可数名词，英语中大多数的不可数名词在表示具体的人或者物的时候都有可数的一面。

例如：

作可数名词：

a key problem（一个关键的问题）

作不可数名词：

This thorny problem on the environmental protection floored the new mayor.

这个关于环境保护的棘手难题把新任市长难住了.
